Today we publish our gender pay gap for 2020
A diverse workforce is critical to the success of our mission to help keep the country safe.
While we have made some progress to narrow our gender pay gap by increasing the number of women in senior posts and technical roles, we know we must go further and faster.
But we can and will do more by ensuring we have a diverse workforce, something that is mission critical for us which is why we’re increasing our efforts to attract, retain and nurture women to reach their full potential.
