GCHQ Challenge (June 2004): help

Each of the six extracts is encrypted with a simple substitution cipher, five of which contain a keyword relevant to the book.

If you group the six substitution alphabets into a grid, it will yield a hidden word relevant to this challenge.

Here's the grid to work on. We've even given you a few letters to get you started.
